Material

  • Made raw – 4 medium c K
  • Boiled Potatoes – 2 medium sized
  • Green chili – 2 finely chopped
  • Ginger – 1 teaspoon (grated)
  • Coriander leaf – 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Chaat Masala – 1 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • Bread -order – 1 cup (to coat cutlets)
  • Oil – to fry

Action

  • To make banana cutlets, first boil bananas and potatoes till 3-4 whistles in the pressure cooker.
  • Then let them cool down and peel them and mash it well.
  • Now add green chillies, ginger, coriander powder, lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala and salt and mix all the ingredients well.
  • Now make small tablets of this mixture and shape the cutlet.
  • After this, roll the prepared cutlets well in breadcrumbs so that they become crisp.
  • Now heat the oil in a pan and fry these cutlets till they turn golden brown from both sides.
  • Serve the prepared cutlets with mint sauce.
