In a strange fraud instance, a girl defrauded her maternal uncle of Rs 43.5 lakh by claiming to have contacts in the Petroleum Ministry, which allowed her to get him a gas pump.
The case began in 2021, and the crime happened inside the boundaries of the Bijnor district’s Nehtaur Police Station.
The victim did not get his money, and the gas pump did not appear, therefore the scam was discovered after the girl stole the money. After the victim obtained legal counsel, the case proceeded to court, and the girl was the subject of a formal complaint.
Nita, the accused teenager, stole money from her maternal uncle in 2021 on the guise of obtaining a gas pump.
