Pakistani actress Alizeh Shah recently shared an emotional message on Instagram. She said that no matter what she does, people always find something to criticize. Even when she stays quiet and minds her own business, the hate doesn’t stop.

Alizeh shared that most of the harsh comments she gets are in the name of religion. She said she doesn’t understand why something as personal and beautiful as faith is being used to spread hate.

“I never had the strength to argue,” she wrote. “My connection with Allah is something I keep in my heart. I’m still learning and growing.”

She added that she’s just a human being and sometimes feels very tired from all the negativity. Alizeh asked people to be gentle and reminded them that not everyone is as strong as they may look from the outside.

Many of her fans supported her message and praised her for being honest and brave.
