Ikk Panjab, a culinary venture by Rajan and Deepika Sethi, has officially opened in Chandigarh following its successful debut in Connaught Place, Delhi, earlier this year. The restaurant's menu serves as a tribute to the rich culinary heritage of undivided Punjab, which, despite being separated by Partition, remains united through its shared history and love for food. It aims to preserve and reinterpret recipes that have journeyed through time, originating from royal kitchens, vibrant city streets, and humble village homes.

Signature dishes include the exquisite Gosht Beliram, inspired by a renowned chef from Maharaja Ranjit Singh’s court, and the traditional Atta Chicken from Kotkapura, which is baked in a dough shell for a rustic flavor. The Karachi Koyla Kadhai showcases the bold tastes of West Punjab, while the Lahori Chikkad Cholle embodies the spirit of street food.
