IND VS BAN : In August, India will play four matches at Sher-e-Bangla Stadium in Mirpur and two in Chitgaon in a limited overs series against Bangladesh. The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) made the announcement on Tuesday. India will play three ODIs and equally T-2 matches during the tour of Bangladesh. This will be the first T-2 bilateral series in India's Bangladesh and will be their first limited overs tour after 2.
The first two ODIs and the last two T-2 matches will be played in Mirpur, while the third one-day match and the first T-2 match will be played in Chitgaon. India wants to reach Dhaka on August 7. The first two ODIs will be played on August 7 and 8, followed by the team to play the third ODI on August 7.
The first T-1 match will be held on August 7 in Chitgaon. The last two T-2 matches will be played in Mirpur on August 29 and 8. The tour will also help the Asia Cup-1 preparation. India is the host of the tournament, but since the agreement between the two countries is not coming to India, it is not yet clear whether the tournament will be fully in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh or the UAE.
