BHU Recruitment 2025: Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has announced recruitment for 199 posts of Junior Clerk (Group C). The last date for the application process for this is very near. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website bhu.ac. until 17 April 2025. The last date to apply as well as the last date to deposit the fee is also 17 April. After submitting the application form, a copy has to be sent along with the required documents to the address given below by 22 April 2025.

This recruitment will be conducted in various categories, out of which 80 are reserved for unreserved posts, 20 for EWS, 28 for SC, 13 for ST, 50 for OBC, and 8 for Divyang category.

Qualification
For this recruitment, candidates must have graduated (second class) and at least six months of training in office automation, bookkeeping, and word processing on a computer or have a computer diploma recognized by AICTE. Apart from this, it is also mandatory to pass the computer typing test, in which the typing speed should be 30 words/minute for English and 25 words/minute for Hindi.

Age Limit

The age limit for application has been fixed as follows: The age for general category candidates should be between 18 to 30 years, while the age limit for SC/ST category candidates is from 18 to 35 years. The age limit for OBC category candidates is from 18 to 33 years. The age of all the candidates will be calculated from 17 April 2025.

Salary-Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on written tests, computer proficiency tests, and skill tests. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs 19,900 to Rs 63,200 under Pay Level 2.

Application Fee

Candidates of General, EWS, and OBC categories have to pay Rs 500 as an application fee.

There is no application fee for SC, ST, PwBD, and Women candidates.
