TCS news: In a major milestone for Indian IT sector Ratan Tatas Tata Consultancy Service (TCS) has surpassing $30 billion in annual revenue and with this it has secured the position of the world’s second-largest IT services brand. Notably Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is an Indian multinational technology company specializing in information technology services and consulting headquartered in Mumbai. Here are all the details you need to know about the recent achievement of TCS. According to a report by the Economic Times TCS CEO K Krithivasan reportedly wrote a note to the employees celebrating the achievement and outlined the company’s vision for continued growth. Additionally TCS reached a brand valuation of $21.3 billion positioning itself as the global leader in the IT world. As part of its growth strategy TCS announced that Aarthi Subramanian will return as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Additionally Mangesh Sathe has been appointed Chief Strategy Officer as per a report by The Times of India. TCS Q4 net dips 1.7 pc; defers wage hikes The countrys largest IT services firm TCS on Thursday reported a 1.7 per cent decline in the March quarter net profit to Rs 12224 crore driven largely by a margin contraction as per a report by news agency PTI. The Tata Group company which is the first major entity to report January-March performance also announced that it will be deferring wage hikes to its 6.07 lakh employees due to the business uncertainties triggered by the tariff issues. Its FY25 net profit increased 4.2 per cent to Rs 48553 crore on the back of a 6 per cent growth in revenue to Rs 2.55 lakh crore or over USD 30 billion. The companys managing director and chief executive K Krithivasan said it expects FY26 to be better than FY25 on the revenue front but acknowledged the ongoing challenges.
