At the same time, the future of Argentine striker Mauro Icardi remains a point of focus. While Italian media has speculated that Icardi may leave the club, Galatasaray management has made its stance clear.
According to Turkish mediaIcardi has begun individual training sessions and shared updates via social media. Despite suffering a season-ending ACL injury, the 32-year-old is expected to return in time for the club’s summer training camp.
Club officials reportedly believe that if Osimhen departs, Icardi is the ideal candidate to fill the gap. Management considers him their “first big transfer” for the upcoming season.
