There is good news for crores of customers using Android Smartphones, Google has started rolling out a new security feature for you people. Google's new feature has been introduced to make Android phones more secure. If a person's phone remains locked for three days, the phone will restart automatically. This new feature has been given in the latest version 25.14 of Google Play Service.
The purpose behind bringing this new feature is to increase data security and prevent unauthorized access. Once the phone restarts, you will need to enter a password/pattern/PIN to unlock it after the phone restarts. After restarting, the fingerprint or face unlock feature also does not work, the phone has to be unlocked through a password, PIN, or pattern.
A similar feature is also available on iOS.
This feature was introduced so that even if your phone falls into someone's hands, no one can access your data. This feature of Google is like the in-activity reboot feature found in the iOS 18.1 update.
Everyone will benefit
Even if a person is not using the latest version of Android, they will still get the benefit of this feature. This update will benefit not only Android phones but also people using tablets. This new feature of Google will not be useful for those who lock and unlock their phones every day.
