Today we will talk about an actor who was a popular name in the 1990s. He was a black belt martial artist and a skilled dancer. His last wish was not fulfilled... The actor we are talking about today did more than 300 films in different languages. However after his downfall he remained unemployed for 18 years and spent his days in poverty. Despite his five marriages he was left all alone in his last days. He wanted to hug his son before dying but his last wish was not fulfilled. In his last days his condition had become such that people were not even able to recognize him and finally he died of loneliness. This actor is none other than Mahesh Anand. Before stepping into acting Mahesh used to work as a model. He was also a trained dancer and black-belt martial artist. Anand started his career in the year 1984 with Kamal Haasan and Reena Roys film Karishma. Soon he became a popular villain of Bollywood and Telugu films as well. Got recognition from these films From the late 80s to the late 90s Mahesh worked in many big commercial hit films. He shared the screen with big stars like Amitabh Bachchan Govinda Sanjay Dutt Akshay Kumar and Sunil Shetty. He did excellent work in films like Shahenshah Toofan Ajooba Krantiveer Swarg Waqt Hamara Hai and Coolie No. 1. From the year 2000 Mahesh Anands career started slipping from his hands. His career got worse after he got injured on the set of a film. He was seriously injured while performing stunts on the set of a film. Due to this he had to be hospitalised for 6 months. After this he remained bedridden at home for three years. For the unversed Mahesh married five times but none of his marriages lasted. All five wives left him. Mahesh Anand was first married to Barkha Roy sister of actress Reena Roy. His second marriage was with Miss India International Erica Maria DSouza with whom he became the father of a son Trishul. Then he married actress Madhu Malhotra for the third time and that too did not work out. He married actress Usha Bachani for the fourth time who is a TV actress but she also separated from the actor. Finally Mahesh Anand married a Russian woman Lana. On 9 February 2019 Mahesh Anand was found dead in his house. According to the postmortem report Maheshs body lay in the house for three days and started rotting. Maheshs fifth wife came to Mumbai from Russia and took his rotten body to the crematorium for cremation. Till his last breath he longed to hug his son Trishul and passed away without seeing him.
