National Testing Agency i.e. NTA can release the result of JEE Main Session 2 anytime. In the brochure released by NTA for 2025, it was told that the result of JEE Main Session 2 can be announced by April 17. In such a situation, it is believed that the result can be released today or tomorrow. Candidates appearing in this joint entrance examination can check their results by visiting the official website of JEE Main jeemain.nta.nic.in.
JEE Main Session 2 Paper I was conducted on 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8 April 2025 at 531 centers located in 285 cities across the country and 15 cities outside India, while the exam for Paper 2 was conducted on 9 April 2025. From April 2 to 7, Paper I was conducted in two shifts, the first shift from 9 am to 12 noon and the second shift from 3 pm to 6 pm, while on April 8, the exam was held in one shift from 3 pm to 6 pm. At the same time, Papers 2A and 2B were conducted in a single shift from 9 am to 12.30 pm.
When was the provisional answer key released?
The provisional answer key for JEE Main Session 2 Paper 1 was released on April 11, 2025, and the window for filing objections against them was closed on April 13, 2025. Meanwhile, some questions are also being raised regarding the answer key, in which students have objected to the questions. However, NTA has responded to the allegations of errors in the JEE Main answer key from its official X (earlier Twitter) handle. The tweet reads, 'It is not right to draw conclusions based on the provisional answer key. NTA would like to advise and inform the candidates that they should not be misled by reports that create unnecessary doubts and anxiety.

First of all go to the official website of JEE Main, jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Then click on the JEE Main Result 2025 link available on the homepage.
After that, a new page will open, where candidates have to enter their login details.
Now click on submit and your result will be visible.
Check your result and download it.
Keep a hard copy of it for future use.
Method of determining merit
The raw scores and total scores of Maths, Physics, and Chemistry will be converted into NTA scores. The overall merit will be prepared by combining the NTA scores of all shifts of all days, which will be released on the official website of JEE Main, jeemain.nta.nic.in.
