News from Ghaziabad: On Wednesday, April 16, a real estate dealer who was fighting illness killed his wife with a gun before taking his own life. A suicide note has been left by the individual, who has been named as Kuldip Tyagi.

According to an NDTV report, Kuldip killed his wife with a licensed pistol at approximately 11 a.m. yesterday before shooting himself at his house in Raj Nagar Extension’s Radha Kunj neighbourhood. When they heard the gunshots, the couple’s kids, who were at home at the time, hurried to their parents’ room. Anshu’s corpse was on the bed, while Kuldeep’s was on the floor. After being brought to a local hospital, the physicians pronounced them dead.
My family is ignorant of the fact that I have cancer. I don’t want to squander money on treatment since I don’t know whether I’ll survive.
