Lucknow. Mandalayukta Dr. Roshan Jacob inspected the heritage zone being developed by Lucknow Development Authority in Hussainabad on Thursday. During this, he issued guidelines to the concerned officials taking stock of Fragrance Park, Museum Block, Food Court, Lajige Gali, Gulab Park and Lemon Park.
Fragrance park will soon be accessible to the public
The inspection started from the Fragrance Park, where the Mandalayukta reviewed the ongoing works in the park. The LDA vice -president informed that a state -of -the -art Cafeteria and Interpretation Center is being established here, in which information will be given about the process of perfume and various fragrances of flowers. The Mandalayukta gave priority to Sainase, Lighting, Sculpture and Landscaping work and directed to open the park soon to the general public.
Museum Block: New Center of Cultural Heritage
Mandalayukta also inspected the Tourist Facilitation Center at Hussainabad Museum Block. It was informed by the LDA that this center would be with a special cantillar view point, so that tourists will be able to see a bird's eye views of the entire heritage area. The Mandalayukta instructed to complete all the works of literature, artifacts, paintings and sculptures etc. within four months for the construction work for one month and cultural performance.
Lucknowi will get a wonderful confluence of taste in food court
During the inspection of the Food Court, the Mandalayukta noticed that many prestigious franchises are working here. Mandalayukta directed that local vegetarian, sweets and famous cuisine should also be included to promote the traditional Pakistani style of Lucknow, so that tourists visiting here can get the experience of specific Lucknowi taste.
Green street will get heritage look
During the inspection of the delicious street, the Mandalayukta gave clear instructions that the entire structure of the region should be in heritage style and it should be developed according to the format approved by the design core team of LDA.
Beauty will enhance rose and lemon park
Emphasizing on maintaining the form of flowers in Gulab Park, the Mandalayukta gave instructions to plan decorative and diverse colors in a planned manner. At the same time, instructions were given to start the fountains found in Lemon Park immediately, attractive Paisad lighting, adequate seating arrangement, heritage cafeteria and better landscaping.
Traffic system will be accessible, tourism will get a boost
While inspecting the collective parking area near the clock tower, the Mandalayukta said that its tendering process has been completed. With the development of the parking lot, the route from Bada Imambara to Chhota Imambara will be reserved for pedestrian and eco-friendly e-rickshaws and legs, which will not only give better experience to tourists, but will also facilitate traffic system. He instructed the LDA to start parking construction work as soon as possible.
