Weather in Patna: Rainfall and high winds have affected Patna and a number of other areas in Bihar. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned of possible dangers over the next 24 hours, including hailstorm and rainfall advisories. Since Thursday evening, Patna and the neighbouring regions have been hit by high winds. In the early hours of the morning, there was a storm and some light rain. By daybreak, the rain was still falling in Patna and many other places.
