Inspired by this, he decided to change his lifestyle and started the process of losing weight. His goal was not just to look good, but also to live a healthy life.
By mixing diet and exercise,
Karan reduced the amount of carbohydrates and sugar in his diet and included fiber -rich foods. He adopted a strategy of eating only once a day, helping him to lose weight. For exercise, he included activities like yoga, swimming and paddle balls in his routine. In addition, he used to exercise for 30 to 40 minutes a week, including load training and pool workouts.
Karan denied rumors
Karan Johar was accused of using drugs like Ojmpics to lose weight. However, he denied the rumors and clarified that his change was completely natural and he did not undergo any medicine or surgery.
