Oil – 2 tablespoons
Cumin – 1 tbsp
Onion – 60 grams
Turmeric – 1/4 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 Spoon
Capsicum – 60 grams
Carrots – 60 grams
Water – 350 ml
Maggi Masala – 2 tablespoons
Maggi – 120 grams
Salt – 1/2 spoon
Bread slices – as per need
Catchup – as per taste
Grapped cheese – as per taste
Oil – to apply
* Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add 1 tbsp cumin seeds and mix well.
* After this, add 60 grams of onion and fry it. Later add 1/4 tbsp turmeric, 1/4 spoon of black pepper powder and mix well.
* Then add 60 grams of capsicum, 60 grams of carrots and mix. Cook it from 3 to 5.
* After adding 350 ml of water, 2 tablespoons of Maggi masala to this mixture, add 120 grams of Maggi noodles and boil until all the water is absorbed.
* Mix 1/2 spoon of salt in it and keep it aside.
* Take a bread slices and apply threaded catchup on it. Put the Maggi on top of it and spread it well.
* Later, grated it on it and put another bread slices on top.
* After this, apply oil with the help of a brush by placing Sandwich in a griller.
* Then toast it until golden brown. Remove it from the griller and cut it.
* Your Sandwich is ready. Serve it.
