Pakistani actress Mawra Hocane, who has been delivering outstanding performances, recently embarked on the new chapter of her life by tying the knot with her best friend and fellow actor Ameer Gilani.

The bride and groom’s marriage was a simple yet heartwarming ceremony in Lahore and Islamabad that included close family and friends only. Mawra has now officially settled in her husband’s house, and that is when their new life begins together. She posted beautiful pictures of her new house on social media, giving fans a look at her new place along with an emotional note.

Looking back on her experience, Mawra shared her sentiments regarding leaving her old home. “Whenever I purchased a new house, my mother always prayed that I might get to live there. Today, I fully realize the extent of this prayer. Fate decides how long we remain at one place. I was blessed to have spent two years at my old residence prior to marriage, and now I’ve brought all my loved possessions to my new home. It’s a moment of sorrow,” she said.

Mawra also expressed her happiness over her new home and said, “I really love my husband’s house, and I’m extremely happy here. My in-laws have made this process so easy, but it takes time for the heart to settle down. A new house is given time to feel like home. Slowly, this house is beginning to feel like my own. I’ve brought some of my favorites along and slowly am making it mine.”
