Material:
Ripe mango – 2 big (snake and chopped)
Conduced Milk – 1/2 cup
Whipped Cream – 1 cup
Mary Biscuits or Digestive Biscuits-10-12
Butter (melted) – 2 tablespoons
Milk-2-3 tablespoons (to soft biscuits)
Small pieces of mangoes and mint – to decorate
Method:
Crush biscuits and make a thick mix by mixing melted butter in it. Prepare the base by pressing this mixture into a serving glass or bottom of the bowl.
Grind the chopped mangoes in a grinder and make a smooth pulp. Keep a little pulp out of it for garnish.
Mix whipped cream and condensed milk well. Now mix mango pulp and fold a slight fold. If you like more sweet, you can add some powder sugar.
Put some splashes of milk over the biscuit base so that it becomes light soft. Then add mango-cream mix on it. If you want, you can make another layer.
Add a little mango pieces, saved mango pulp and mint leaves on top.
