According to the information, this incident took place at Kuthaund Primary Health Center (PHC), where Dr. Suresh Chandra is posted. It is being told that this video is of April 7, and the child's mother is a staff nurse on contract in the same PHC. In the video, the doctor is explaining the way to smoke a cigarette to the child. This video was recorded by the local people and posted on social media.

As soon as the video went viral, there was a stir in the health department. Chief Medical Officer (CMO) ND Sharma said that after receiving the video, a show cause notice was sent to Dr. Suresh Chandra, but his reply was not satisfactory. The doctor presented the statement of the child's mother in his defense, but when the mother was questioned, she called the doctor's claim false.

After this incident, a complaint has been lodged against the accused doctor at the police station. The CMO said that there were complaints against the doctor earlier as well, so he has been attached to the CMO office. Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak has given instructions to take strict action in the matter and register an FIR.
