Jaipur, April 19 — The Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Services Selection Board (RSMSSB) has witnessed an overwhelming response for the Grade IV recruitment exam, with over 21.61 lakh applications received so far. Today, April 19, marks the final day for submission of applications, and officials have confirmed that no extension will be granted beyond this date.
The application window opened on March 21, and according to the Board, an average of 77,000 applications were submitted each day. With over 2.5 lakh applications filed in the last 24 hours alone, this highlights a strong interest among job-seeking youth in the state. Officials estimate the total number of applications may reach 24 to 25 lakh by the end of the day.
RSMSSB Secretary Bhagchand Badhyal reiterated that April 19 is the fixed deadline, and applicants should not fall for misleading rumors suggesting an extension. He urged aspirants to complete their applications promptly and ignore unverified information.
Exam Scheduled for September 18–21The recruitment drive aims to fill 53,749 Grade IV posts, including positions for support staff across various government departments. The written examination is scheduled to take place between September 18 and 21, 2025. The massive number of applicants suggests that competition will be intense for these government posts.
