Mumbai: Airtel has launched a detection tool that is founded by AIDA. Who has shown 27.5 billion calls as spams to their customers, and after this launch, today the launch has announced to introduce two significant reforms with the aim of staying two steps ahead of the spammers.
Customers will now get spam alerts for calls and SMS messages in their favorite Indian languages. This new feature will be available in ten local languages and plans to add further to it. The device supported by Airtel's AI will now find all the spam calls and SMS coming from the international network and give it alert.
Airtel intensified its efforts to deal with domestic spam calls, and then, scammers and spammers began to send fraudulent calls to India by abusing foreign networks. This scary tendency has increased by 12% of foreign spam calls in the last six months. By introducing new features, Airtel is expecting the growing challenge to settled.

The updated AI-operated spam solution will now inform users about calls and messages from domestic and international numbers in ten Indian languages. These languages include Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, Punjabi and Urdu. Spam alert instructions will be made available for customers who use Android device only using local languages. Customers will not have to pay any amount for all these features and all Airtel customers will be activated automatically and they will not have to be given a service request.
