Referees appointed for Coppa Italia semifinals

Daniele Doveri has been appointed for Wednesday’s Coppa Italia derby between Inter and Milan, while Matteo Marcenaro will oversee Bologna-Empoli.

Lega Serie A has announced the referees, assistants and VAR officials for the upcoming Coppa Italia semifinals.

Doveri, one of the most experienced Italian referees, will be in charge of the Inter-Milan game, while Marcenaro will be the official for the Bologna-Empoli match.

Inter and Milan picked up a 1-1 draw in the first leg semifinal earlier this month, while Bologna booked a place in the final with a 3-0 away win at Empoli.

The Final will be played at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome on May 14.
