Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar gave a noteworthy speech at the ‘Rozgar Mela’ event on Friday at the Marri Chenna Reddy Human Resource Development Center, emphasizing the government’s commitment to national security and employment development. He denounced the recent Pehal Gam tragedy, calling it the “pinnacle of the monstrosity of terrorists,” and reaffirmed the Modi government’s commitment to combating terrorism, announcing that severe action against Pakistan will soon be taken.
The Rozgar Mela project was hailed by Sanjay Kumar, who emphasized that it reflects Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s commitment to keeping his promises to the Indian people. He said that the initiative has effectively generated employment possibilities since its launch on October 22, 2022, filling almost 925,000 jobs nationwide. More than 51,000 employments were provided during the most recent Rozgar Mela, the 15th of its kind, bringing the government one step closer to its target of generating 10 lakh jobs.
Sanjay Kumar took delight in personally delivering job letters to 100 selected individuals. “We are conducting the Rozgar Mela program in 47 centers throughout the nation, with approximately 700 candidates receiving appointment letters today in Hyderabad-Secunderabad alone,” he said. He praised their diligence, urged them to take on their new responsibilities with responsibility, and urged them to keep up with developments in their sectors’ technical capabilities.
The Union Minister emphasized that the Modi administration is the first to routinely fill open positions, asserting that previous administrations have fallen short in this area. “Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, India is committed to creating jobs and maintaining economic stability, even during global crises, such as the COVID-19 pandemic,” he said.
In addition, Sanjay Kumar attacked opposition parties for their historical mistrust of government programs like the Jan Dhan Yojana, which has helped millions of Indians create zero-balance bank accounts. He made a comparison between this and the inability of earlier state administrations to deal with unemployment.
In his closing remarks, he affirmed India’s economic development and predicted that over the next three years, the nation’s economy would have grown from fifth to third in the globe, with the goal of taking the lead by 2047, when India will celebrate its 100th anniversary of independence. “I want you all to be partners in Modi’s struggle,” he said.
Bandi Sanjay Kumar called for national support at the event, which emphasized national security and job growth as top goals of the Modi government.
