Ingredients
Bread Slice – 6
Besan – 1 cup
Tomato chopped – 1/2 cup
Shimla chili chopped – 1/2 cup
Onion chopped – 1/2 cup
Raw Potato Grafts – 1/2 cup
Chaat Masala – 1/4 T Spoon
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
Baking Soda – 1 pinch
Oil
Salt – as per taste
Recipe
First of all take a vessel and filter gram flour into it.
After this, add red chili powder, garam masala, baking soda, chaat masala and salt and mix it well.
Now add a little water and prepare a thick solution of gram flour.
Now add chopped onions, grated raw potatoes, chopped capsicum and chopped tomatoes in this gram flour solution and mix everyone in the solution and prepare the mixture.
Now put oil in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat it.
– When the oil is hot, take a slices of bread and put it well in the gram flour solution and put it in a pan to fry.
Now fry the bread for 1 to 2 minutes until the color of the bread becomes golden from both sides.
– When the bread is crispy fry, take it out in a plate. Similarly, fry all the bread slices. Besan bread toast is ready.
