Like Pakistan cricket, Bangladesh cricket is also in constant headlines due to controversies. The controversy was born due to a ban on Bangladeshi cricketer Tauheed Heart and now former cricketer Tamim Iqbal has also fiercely reprimanded the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) in the case of Tauheed Heart suspension in the Dhaka Premier League.
The heart had to face two matches suspension for the misconduct, but he came back after playing just one match, causing confusion when the board restored the second match of his ban by the board. Former Bangladesh cricketer Tamim Iqbal targeted the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) over the controversy after the suspension of Tauheed Heart suspended for two matches in Dhaka Premier League (DPL).
Tamim said outside the BCB office in Mirpur, “He has already served his sentence. Then he played two matches and now suddenly he has been suspended again? Under which law is it being done? It is ridiculous. You can't suspend him again after allowing someone to play.”
The Dhaka Premier League has seen a lot of drama in this season, but the story of heart suspension has become the biggest headlines. In the last match against Ghazi Group Cricketers of Mohammadan, the antics of Tauheed Hridaya once again put him in trouble. After being dismissed, he stood in his place, pointed to the pitch and nodded his head in disagreement, the match authorities classified the act as Level 1 crime under the BDPL code of conduct. For this mistake, he was given a fine of 10,000 and a demerit points.
The heart has been given eight demerit marks at present, which has automatically started suspension of four matches. According to the rules, he will not be able to play an important match against Mohammadan's abundance and in three more matches in the next DPL session.
