NCERT Books: In the last few years, many changes have been made in NCERT books. The latest change has been made in the Social Science book of class 7. The chapter on Mughal and Delhi Sultanate has been removed from the new NCERT book. In the new NCERT book revised under the National Framework Curriculum, Indian dynasties like Magadha, Maurya, Shunga and Satavahana have been given place in place of Mughal and Delhi Sultanate.

The new textbook also includes Maha Kumbh 2025 organized in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Apart from this, many Sanskrit words have been included in various chapters, such as Kik Janapada (which means where people are settled), Samrajya (supreme ruler), Adhiraj (overlord) and Rajadhiraj (king of kings). Apart from this, a detailed section about the Greeks has also been included in the book.

The book for classes 3 and 6 was changed last year.

The new book of class 7 Exploring Society: India and Beyond, Part-1 is the latest in the revised series of NCERT under the National Education Policy 2020 and the new National Framework Curriculum. Which emphasizes content rooted in Indian and local context and ethos. NCERT had earlier introduced new books for class three and class 6 last year.

The second part of the book will come in a few months.

According to the report of The Print, an NCERT official said that the second part of the book will be released in the coming months. On the condition of anonymity, the official said that Part 1 has 12 chapters, which will be taught in the first six months of the academic session. Part 2 is expected to include many additional topics, so we request everyone to wait for its release.
