Cellecor Gadgets Announces Full Payment of NCD Series RX4 – Key Details Inside

Cellecor Gadgets Limited an NSE-listed consumer electronics company has informed the stock exchanges that it has fully repaid its Series RX4 non-convertible debentures (NCDs). Each debenture was valued at ₹1 lakh with a total payout of ₹3.10 crore for 310 units.
In its regulatory filing the company stated: The Company has made full payment against the Unlisted Secured Redeemable Partly Paid Non-Convertible Debentures Series RX4—Qty: 310 Face Value: ₹100000 each—aggregating to ₹3.10 crore.
This announcement follows the companys recent declaration of its financial results for FY25 where it reported a 105% year-on-year increase in revenue rising to ₹1025.95 crore from ₹500.45 crore in FY24. Net profit also surged 92% to ₹30.90 crore.
Earlier Cellecor partnered with quick-commerce platform Zepto to enhance product accessibility and speed up deliveries aiming to make its consumer electronics range available for near-instant purchase and delivery.
Meanwhile equity benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty rebounded in early trade on Monday amid sustained foreign fund inflows and a sharp rally in blue-chip stock Reliance Industries.
A firm trend in global markets also propelled rally in the domestic equities.
The 30-share BSE benchmark gauge jumped 456.05 points to 79668.58 in early trade. The NSE Nifty rallied 112.
85 points to 24152.20.
From the Sensex firms Reliance Industries climbed 3 per cent after the firm reported a 2.4 per cent rise in March quarter net profit as store rationalisation in retail business and improved margins in telecom helped offset weakness in mainstay oil and petrochemicals business and higher finance cost. Meanwhile equity benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty rebounded in early trade on Monday amid sustained foreign fund inflows and a sharp rally in blue-chip stock Reliance Industries.
