Material (Mango jam recipe)
- Ripe mangoes – 2 cups (chopped)
- Chinese – 1 cup
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Method (Mango jam recipe)
- First of all, wash and peel the ripe mangoes and grind the pulp in a mixer and make a smooth puree.
- Take a heavy bottom pan, add mango puree and sugar to it.
- Now cook this mixture on low flame continuously. The sugar will start dissolving and the mixture will slowly become thick.
- When the mixture becomes thick and looks like jam, then add lemon juice to it. Lemon juice will help the jam to preserve and enhance the taste.
- Let the jam cool well. Then fill it in a clean and dry bani (jar) and store it in the fridge.
