Vaibhav Suryavanshi, a 14-year-old, hit a quick half-century in IPL 2025. He opened with Yashasvi Jaiswal and attacked the Gujarat Titans bowlers. Vaibhav's aggressive batting helped Rajasthan in their 210-run chase. He smashed sixes, including a 90-meter hit off Siraj. He also targeted Ishant Sharma. Coming in as an opener with Yashasvi Jaiswal, Vaibhav showed no signs of nerves as he launched into the Titans’ bowling attack with fearless strokeplay. His aggressive knock provided the much-needed momentum in the steep chase, quickly turning the match in Rajasthan's favour.

Playing only his third IPL game, he even smashed a 90 meter six only on his second ball of the innings, off of Siraj. Later, he went on to play big shots against veteran pacer Ishant Sharma, who conceded 28 runs in the fourth over with 3 maximums, 2 boundaries and 2 wide balls.

Vaibhav made his IPL debut earlier this season, becoming the youngest player to feature in the tournament’s history. He first played against Lucknow Supergiants, where he impressed with his power hitting, scoring 34 runs.

As of the 6th over Vaibhav's blistering innings included 3 boundaries and six towering sixes, thrilling spectators at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium and millions watching on television with 52-run knock.
