The central government has taken many important decisions to strengthen the security measures given the NEET UG 2025 exam. The Ministry of Education held a meeting with the DM-SP of all the states on Monday so that the examination could be conducted peacefully and safely. It was decided in the meeting that now there will be strict monitoring of coaching centers and digital platforms. Let us inform you that the NTA NEET UG 2025 exam will be conducted on May 4.
When will the admit card be released?
NTA will soon release the admit card for the May 4 exam, if the NTA's NEET UG 2025 notice is to be believed, the admit cards can be issued on May 1. After alleged irregularities including a paper leak in NEET UG last year, the ministry is working on proper security arrangements. In the meeting, the Ministry of Education decided that the paper would be delivered to the examination centers under police supervision.
What decision was taken in the meeting?
Along with this, the police will conduct searches at many levels at the center, confidential examination material like paper and OMR sheets will be delivered to the centers under tight security. Apart from this, coaching centers and digital platforms will be monitored to stop the copying mafia, so that any suspicious activities before the exam can be detected in time and they can be thwarted.
Most exam centers this year
This time NTA has created the highest number of exam centers to date for the NEET exam. 5500 centers have been created for NEET UG. This time NEET exam will be conducted in 552 cities in the country and 14 cities abroad. NTA said that exam centers have been created giving priority to the first choice based on the options chosen by the students. 90 percent of the exam centers are around government institutions, which include KV, NVA, and state government schools.
