RBI's instructions to banks
The Reserve Bank of India on Monday asked banks to ensure that 100 rupees and 200 rupees notes also come out from ATMs. The central bank said that it is necessary to do so to increase the availability of these notes to the public. Banks and White Label ATM Operators (WLAO) will have to implement this instruction in a phased manner. ATMs operated by non-banking institutions are called 'White Label ATM' (WLA). After these instructions, all the banks of the country have been in a panic. Now all banks will have to work harder in ATMs with 100 and 200 rupee notes.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) said in a circular that to increase public access to frequently used denomination bank notes, it has been decided that all banks and White Label ATM Operators (WLAO) will ensure that their ATMs also dispense 100 and 200 rupee notes regularly.
