After a lengthy absence from the screen, popular Pakistani actress, comedian, and model Veena Malik is venturing into the music industry. She has launched her new album Sohne Mukhre, marking her return with a fresh musical identity.

One of the album’s tracks, Yaar Da Muhalla, has become an instant hit on social media. Since its release just a few days ago, the song’s video has already accumulated over 300,000 views on YouTube. The song’s lyrics were written by Qaiser Nadeem, music was composed by Tabish Tafu, and the production was handled by Saeem Azhar.

This collaboration with Saeem Azhar isn’t Veena’s first foray into singing. She had previously released her debut track Drama Queen in 2012, followed by Ae Dushman-e-Watan in 2017.

Earlier, Pakistan’s renowned actress Veena Malik has completed her studies in psychology during her time away from the media.

According to the report, Veena Malik shared that she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology during her break from media and has also taken her Master’s exams with the results still pending. She also mentioned obtaining certificates in mental health through courses from Harvard Medical School.

Talking about her temporary break from the media, Veena stated, “I took a step back from the public eye, but during this time, I engaged in many productive activities that were beneficial for me. I focused entirely on my education during this break.”
