Rose thandai recipe:Cold things look very good during the summer season. Especially when you return home from outside. There is always a search for such a thing that gives coolness to the body and gives us relaxed. In such a situation, you can try daily (rose) cold. By consuming it, there will be a very refreshing feel in the scorching heat. You should enjoy it, as well as serve it to the guests who come home. Everyone will like its taste and there will be a shower of praise from their mouths. You do not need to go to the market for this. You can easily prepare it at home. Here we are telling you its recipe, which will not have any problem in following.

Ingredients

Milk

Rose petals

Sugar

Cashew

Almond

Pistachios

Poppy

Fennel

black peppercorns

Cardamom seeds

Melon seeds

Recipe

First of all, soak rose petals, cashews, almonds, pistachios, poppy seeds, fennel, black pepper seeds, cardamom seeds, melon seeds for some time in water.

After a few hours, grind all these things and prepare a smooth paste.

– When the paste is made, keep it aside.

Now cook the milk till it boils and add sugar to it.

– Let the milk cool down and then add the prepared paste to it.

– Keep it in the fridge for some time, so that it cools down well.

After cooling, garnish the cold with rose leaves and some dry fruits and then serve.

– Keep it in the fridge and cool it. Do not cool it by adding ice, because it will start melting shortly, which will make the cold.
