Bread Slices – 6
Gram Flour – 1 Cup
Chopped Tomatoes – 1/2 Cup
Chopped Capsicum – 1/2 Cup
Chopped Onion – 1/2 Cup
Grated Raw Potato – 1/2 Cup
Chaat Masala – 1/4 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
Garam Masala – 1/4 Tsp
Baking Soda – 1 Pinch
Oil
Salt – As per taste
Recipe
- First of all, take a vessel sift the gram flour, and put it in it.
- After this, add red chili powder, garam masala, baking soda, chaat masala, and salt in the gram flour and mix it well.
- Now add a little water and prepare a thick gram flour solution.
- Now add chopped onion, grated raw potato, chopped capsicum and chopped tomato in this gram flour solution and mix everything in the solution and prepare the mixture.
- Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
- When the oil is hot, take bread slices and dip them well in the gram flour mixture and put them in the pan for frying.
- Now fry the bread by turning it for 1 to 2 minutes until the color of the bread becomes golden from both sides.
- When the bread is crispy fried, take it out in a plate. Fry all the bread slices in the same way. Gram flour bread toast is ready.
