Nowadays, it is easy to get grocery goods, snacks or pet food homes. But getting the drugs of need is still difficult in some places. Recognizing this problem, an app called 'Repil' has been created, which claims to give the drug home in just 60 minutes. There are Delhi's Rajat Gupta, who was working for Rs 1.5 crore in the United States, but he quit his job to make something useful in India. While working abroad, Rajat looked closely in health care. Then they had the idea of starting a similar easy system in India. He worked for about a year with a team of 12 and finally started a 'repil' in January 2025.
Beginning from Delhi, and in a short period of time, more than 400 orders were completed. Drugs are on average 30 to 40 minutes of delivery time. The number of us users is increasing rapidly. After this success, the app is now ready to expand in metros like Noida, Gurgaon, Bangalore and Mumbai. The next phase is to serve in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, as it is still challenging to get drugs in such places.
The goal of the 'repil' app is not limited to the only fast delivery. The dream of Rajat Gupta is to create a health care platform, which will provide every Indian in time and proper type of medicine. This app allows users directly connect to their nearest medical store and make a prescription manager.
Overall, 'Repil' is a experiment that is not only based on technology but also recognizes social needs. It is hoped that this initiative of Rajat will be a positive change in the Indian health system.
