London : Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal addressed India and Britain Trade Summit on Tuesday. It has also participated in this by the veteran and chief executive officers of the Business World of both countries. Piyush Goyal is currently on a 2 -day visit to London.

After the Round Table Conference, Goyal has said that mentioned opportunities to strengthen the economic relationship between India and Britain, promote innovation -based development and expand investment opportunities.

The meeting was held on Monday after his conversation with the veterans of the Business World to find out the possibilities of more cooperation with Britain. Earlier on Monday, the minister held a meeting with Britain's Trade and Commerce Minister Jonathan Reynolds to pursue the talks on the FTA. At the same time, while focusing on financial technology, Revolute chief Martin Gilbert and 'Global Trends in Ratna and Jewelry' were discussed with the Chief Executive Officer of D Beers Group, ie CEO Al Cook.

After meeting Gilbert, Goyal wrote on social media that in India's financial technology environment, we exchanged ideas on the importance of partnership with global companies to promote immense opportunities in India's financial technology environment and to promote innovation and development. The minister has said about his meeting with Cook that we discussed India's opportunities, sustainable activities and development possibilities for the diamond industry.

Goyal also held talks with a delegation of Chief Executive Officers from India. It included Anant Goenka, Senior Vice Chairman of Commerce Chambers Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, FICCI, and former president Harsh husband Singhania and Rajan Bharti Mittal. Goyal will meet UK Finance Minister Rechal Reeves on Tuesday, besides other senior officers. During this visit, everyone's eyes are on the free trade agreement ie FTA issued talks which were resumed in February after being stopped due to general election last year.
