PSG are rather optimistic that Ousmane Dembélé (27) did not suffer a serious injury during Parisians‘ 1-0 away win against Arsenal in the Champions League semi-finals first leg. The France international winger scored the game’s sole goal of the evening in the fourth minute at the Emirates Stadium. Dembélé had to be substituted after sustaining what appeared to be a hamstring injury. However, PSG are confident Dembélé will be fit for next Wednesday’s second leg against the Gunners.
Indeed, The team understands that Dembélé won’t even need to carry out medical exams this Wednesday. The outlet adds that, had Dembélé suffered a tear, he would have carried out an MRI today. But PSG have decided to wait and see whether or not the striker will still feel pain in the coming days. PSG players are set to report to training at their Poissy Campus this Thursday at 5pm. Several sources are adamant that Dembélé will certainly feature next Wednesday against Arsenal.
