Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has given an important relief to the candidates appearing in various competitive examinations to be held in July 2025. The commission has provided the facility to make amendments to the application through online mediums from May 1 to 7, 2025. During this period, candidates will be able to make online corrections in other details in their application except name, father's name, date of birth, gender, and photo. This amendment facility has been made available on the official website of the commission.

According to the Commission Secretary, this opportunity will be valid for Technical Assistant Geophysics (Ground Water Department), Biochemist (Medical Education Department), Junior Chemist (Ground Water Department), Assistant Testing Officer (PWD), Assistant Director (Science and Technology Department) and Research Assistant (Evaluation Department) examinations. These examinations will be conducted from July 7 to 10, 2025 respectively. These amendments will be considered valid only as per the terms of the advertisements issued by the commission and offline amendments will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Amendment process and fee

For online amendment, candidates will have to deposit a fee of ₹500/- through e-mitra or online banking. After this, the amendment can be made by logging on to the commission's website https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in or SSO portal and selecting the desired examination through the 'Recruitment Portal'. In case of any technical problem, candidates can contact the commission's helpdesk by emailing recruitmenthelpdesk@rajasthan.gov.in or helpline numbers 9352323625 and 7340557555.

The option to withdraw the application is also available in case of a lack of qualification.
The commission has also clarified that if a candidate has applied for the concerned examination in the absence of the prescribed educational qualification or experience, action can be taken against him under section 217 of the Indian Justice Code. Such candidates have been advised that they can withdraw their applications between May 1 and May 7. For this, the withdraw button available in front of the respective exam in the 'My Recruitment' section in the SSO portal can be used.

RAS-2023 Interview Letter Available on Website

Rajasthan Public Service Commission has announced the dates for the second phase of interviews of the State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive Examination conducted under RAS-2023. According to Deputy Secretary Chitra Jainani, these interviews will be conducted between May 5 and May 16, 2025.

The interview letters of the candidates selected in the second phase have been uploaded on the commission's website. Candidates will have to download this letter themselves, as the commission will not send offline interview letters. At the time of the interview, the candidates will have to submit the online filled detailed application form, attestation form, two copies of the service preference order, and one copy of the relevant self-signed documents along with the original documents. No offline submission of any kind will be accepted.

Candidates are advised to complete the process of amendment or withdrawal within the prescribed dates, so that any kind of complication can be avoided in future.

Commission's Chief Examination Controller Ashutosh Gupta said that the syllabus of Assistant Electrical Inspector (Energy Department) Competitive Examination, 2025 and Junior Chemist (Public Health Engineering Department) Competitive Examination, 2025 has been released. Last chance for candidates of Librarian Grade-II Recruitment, 2024

11 candidates who did not fill out the online detailed application form during the opportunity provided by Rajasthan Public Service Commission under Librarian Grade-II Recruitment, 2024 have been given a last chance in this regard. Under the said recruitment, online detailed application forms were filled from 17 April to 23 April 2025 from the successful candidates in the considered list declared on 8 April 2025. During this period, 11 candidates who have not filled out the online detailed application form are being given the last chance to fill the online detailed application form from 1st May 2025 to 2nd May 2025 (11.59 pm).
