Kitchen tips: Gourd is a vegetable that is grown in most parts around the world. It is very beneficial in terms of health as well as health. Winter or summer, it is the best of every season. Let me tell you, often children do not like green vegetables like gourd at all.

This is the material of making gourd pancakes

Gourd gourd: 1 cup
Wheat flour: 1 cup
Besan: 2 tablespoons
Curd: 2 tablespoons
Finely chopped onion 2 tablespoons
Finely chopped green chili 1 small
Finely chopped coriander: 2 tablespoons
Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp
Salt taste
Celery: 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda: 1 pinch
Water as per need
To cook ghee or oil pancake

Method of making gourd pancakes

1. To make a pancake of the small, first wash and peel the gourd. Grate it and squeeze its water with light hands (not too much). It would be good to keep a light moisture of gourd.

2. Now add wheat flour, gram flour and curd in a big pot. Add grated gourd to it. Then add chopped onion, green chillies, coriander, turmeric, salt, celery and baking soda.

3. Now prepare a strict or more thin batter by mixing water slowly. Cover the batter for 10-15 minutes.

4. Heat the non-stick pan and add some ghee or oil. Take a spoon of batter and pour it on the pan and spread it lightly (like a scream). Bake on low flame till it becomes golden and crisp on both sides. Similarly, make pancakes with the rest of the batter.

5. Serve these gourd pancakes with tomato sauce, coriander-udder chutney or curd. You can also pack them in lunch box.
