Natasha Ponawalla was style by calling Shroff Adajania.
All eyes are on New York ahead of fashion’s biggest night, the MET Gala 2025. Amidst this, Natasha Poonawalla took the opportunity to deliver two haute couture looks. Inspired by crows and ravens, Natasha served looks, glamour, and maximalism in two conversation-starting looks. The businesswoman and wife of Adar Poonawalla—CEO and owner of Serum Institute of India—was styled by Anaita Shroff Adajania.
Taking to her Instagram, ace celebrity stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania shared a series of pictures of Natasha Poonawalla’s two hit looks. She wrote, “Here’s something about crows and ravens that has always drawn me in — mysterious, intelligent, almost otherworldly. I’ve loved watching them, sensing a depth we often overlook. So it felt especially fitting to channel that energy into two extraordinary looks for an equally extraordinary and captivating woman, @natasha.poonawalla.”
Take a closer look at Natasha’s OTT looks ahead of the MET Gala 2025.
For the first look, Natasha donned a dramatic cape by Thom Browne. Talking about this look, Anaita wrote, “One was a @thombrowne cape that caught the Manhattan sunlight in just the right way — sharp, glistening, and undeniably modern.” The golden cape featured raven and rose motifs. She paired the cape with an all-black ensemble, a red and blue bow, and platform heels.
The second look featured a fitted black mini dress by Rahul Mishra that came with embroidered crows. Talking about this look, Anaita continued, “The other, a creation by our very own @rahulmishra_7, came alive with our Indian crows — captured mid-flight in intricate embroidery.” The mini dress came from Mishra’s 2025 Spring Couture Collection. Titled the Raven’s Sight, the dress came with a 3D embroidered sculptural corset frame and a short dress. This collection has become one of Mishra’s hit collections with designs worn by the likes of Blake Lively and BLACKPINK’s Lisa.
