Ingredients
Curd – 1/2 cup
Cucumber – 2
Green Chilli-1-2
Roasted Cumin – 1/4 T Spoon
Mint leaves – 1 table spoon
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Green Coriander – 1 Table Spoon
Sugar – 2 tsp
Recipe
First of all, put curd in a mixing bowl and beat it well for 1 minute with the help of a spoon.
When the thickness of the curd goes, add finely chopped green chillies, sugar, roasted cumin and black salt and mix.
Now keep the curd separate for some time and during this time take off the cucumber peel. After this, grate the cucumber in a bowl.
– When the cucumber is grated, put it in the curd mixing bowl and mix it well with the help of a spoon.
After this, finally add finely chopped coriander curd and cucumber salad and mix. Curd-cucumber salad is ready.
– If you want, you can keep the salad in the fridge for some time before eating. Garnish the salad with mint leaves before serving.
