8 easy home remedies to remove sweat stain on clothes in summer

Sweat Stain: As soon as the summer season comes, sweat does not leave. And the most trouble is when sweat stains are printed on our favorite clothes. Whether it is white shirt or light colored kurti – stains fade everyone’s color. Deodorant and sweat adulteration causes stains, sometimes the smell is also left behind. But there is no need to panic. You can get rid of these stains by adopting some domestic and easy remedies, and brighten your clothes again. Let’s know how-

Baking soda

Baking soda is very effective not only in making cakes, but also in getting rid of clothes stains. Make a paste by mixing a spoonful of baking soda by mixing some water and apply it on the stain. Leave it for 15-20 minutes, then rub it lightly and wash it. This method also affects yellow stains of chronic sweat.

Lemon and salt

Lemon juice acts like a natural bleach. Squeeze lemon on the stained area and sprinkle some salt. Then rub it lightly with a brush or fingers. Keep it in the sun for some time and then wash it with water. With this remedy, clothes also shine and the smell is also removed.

white vinegar

Mix one part white vinegar and two parts water and fill it in a spray bottle. Spray it on the stained area and leave it for 30 minutes. Then wash it in a normal way. It is also effective on stubborn stains of deodorant.

Detergent and hydrogen peroxide

If the stains are very old and deep, add two teaspoons of hydrogen peroxide to a teaspoon detergent and apply on the stain. After 15 minutes, brush lightly and wash it. This method demands a little present, but is effective.

Toothpaste

Plain white toothpaste (not gel) can be helpful in removing stains. With the help of a brush, apply toothpaste on the stain and rub it lightly. After a few minutes wash it with cold water. This method is very beneficial especially for light stains.

Salt and boric powder

Mix equal quantity and apply on the stain and brush it after some time. Then wash. This method is better when the sweat has dried up and the cloth starts leaving color.

Soap and lemon

If you are not affecting the old stains, then take a plain bath with lemon juice and rub it on the stain. Then keep it in the sun for 20 minutes and wash it later. This method is indigenous and reliable.

Use cold water not hot

Many times we think that stains will be removed quickly from hot water, but in the case of sweat stains, it has the opposite effect. Hot water deepens the stain. So always use cold or lukewarm water.
