Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has launched a new “Mobile Registration Campaign” to make it easier for senior citizens aged 70 and above to obtain their Ayushman Vay Vandana Cards. As part of this initiative, 70 mobile vans will be deployed across all 70 assembly constituencies in Delhi to assist elderly residents with the registration process.

Key Highlights:

  • Mobile vans to be stationed in all 70 assembly constituencies.

  • The campaign will run for 70 days.

  • Assistance will be provided to senior citizens for card registration.

About the Campaign

The campaign was inaugurated from the R.K. Puram constituency, where CM Rekha Gupta flagged off the registration vans. These vans will travel across various areas to help the elderly register on the spot for the Ayushman Vay Vandana Card, which provides up to ₹10 lakh in health insurance coverage under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY).

Rekha Gupta emphasized, “This initiative is designed to support all elderly citizens aged 70 and above. Our mobile vans will reach every corner of the capital to assist with on-the-spot registrations.”
