Airtel always launches new services for the benefit of its customers. Recently, the company had launched a service to protect its customers from spam calls. After this, the company has once again launched a new service, which is said to be of great benefit to the customers. The name of this service is BND.

Airtel Business has finally launched ‘Business Name Display’ (BND), a service designed for businesses. With this, businesses will now display their brand name on the customer’s mobile screen when they make an outgoing call, building trust and helping customers differentiate between legitimate business calls and spam. The service will also help protect customers from spam.  

Airtel launched India’s first anti-spam feature for its customers. Now, the company has launched a new service to help differentiate between business calls and spam. These initiatives have made customers more aware and hence, more people are not paying attention to calls marked as spam or from unknown numbers. This has had a positive impact on customer protection from spam.

The unfortunate result is that customers ignore many numbers as spam. This is because even calls made by brands are being marked as spam. As a result, customers are not picking up important calls from banks, food delivery people, couriers, hospitals for important doctor appointments, etc. “Business Name Display” has solved this challenge and has facilitated a relevant yet secure communication environment by allowing customers to make informed decisions about all incoming calls. The name of the company that made these calls will be displayed. In return, businesses can display their own name while protecting their customers from fraudulent callers.
