Material (Dahi Shimla Mirch Sabzi Recipe)

  • Capsicum – 2 (cut into fine slices)
  • Curd – 1 cup (swept)
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Green Chilli-1-2 (chopped)
  • Ginger-garlic paste-1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Oil-1-2 tablespoons
  • Green coriander – for garnish

Method (Dahi Shimla Mirch Sabzi Recipe)

  • First of all, fry the capsicum lightly, so that it becomes a little soft but it remains crisp.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and fry it till it becomes light golden.
  • Now add ginger-garlic paste and green chili. Fry for about a minute.
  • After this, add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder and salt. Fry the spices well.
  • Now add the watched curd and cook on low flame until the masala becomes slightly thick (make sure that the curd is not torn, so keep the flame low).
  • Now add roasted capsicum to it and cook for 5-7 minutes, so that the taste is mixed well.
  • Finally add garam masala and green coriander.

Serve it with hot bread or paratha and enjoy taste!
