As soon as the most recent declaration of assets is received, the assets of the other Supreme Court justices will likewise be shown on the Internet. The three judges who will soon form the CJI are among the judges who disclosed their assets to the public.

On April 1, 2025, the Full Court of the Supreme Court of India ruled that the judges’ asset statements will be made publicly available by posting them to the court’s website. We are uploading the previously received judges’ asset statements. In a statement, the Supreme Court said, “Other judges’ asset statements will be uploaded as soon as the current statement of assets is received.”

All of the judges decided to make their statements public during the Full Court meeting on April 1 that was chaired by Chief Justice Sanjiv Khanna.

The Supreme Court’s Full Court decided that judges should declare their assets to the Chief Justice upon taking office and if they make a significant purchase. It will be required to post the asset declaration on the Supreme Court website.

The ruling was made in the midst of a dispute over the purported seizure of a cash cache from Justice Yashwant Varma’s official residence while he was a Delhi High Court judge.
