Our goals for the Vivo T4 are for its camera to be excellent enough to capture every unique moment, its performance to be robust enough to run any app or game without any issues, and its design to be eye-catching enough to win people over right away.
You may be impressed with the Vivo T4’s initial appearance. Its unique appearance is a result of its design being influenced by Vivo’s high-end X200 series. It seems extremely tiny and feels light in the hand thanks to its curved mid-frame and curved display on all four sides.
It is thin and fashionable with a weight of only 199 grams and a thickness of 7.9 mm. It is quite impressive that Vivo was able to cram a sizable 7,300mAh battery into such a tiny shell. In addition, this phone has IP65 certification, which means it is water and light dust resistant.
The Vivo T4 boasts an eye-pleasing Full HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. With a brightness of up to 5,000 nits and HDR10 certification, this panel is comfortably legible even in direct sunlight. However, outside reflection can be a little annoying because of the curved screen.
The sound quality of the phone is subpar. At high volume, its single bottom-firing speaker distorts. The audio enhancer feature does not make much of a difference. On the other hand, a lot of phones in this price range have two speakers and provide greater sound quality.
With the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, the Vivo T4 performs admirably, but rivals such as the Poco F6 outperform it. Nevertheless, the phone functions flawlessly for daily work. Funtouch OS 15, which is based on Android 15, is even more user-friendly because to its various customization choices and AI features.
Even at “Very High” graphics and “Max” frame rate, this phone performs admirably in games like Call of Duty: Mobile. Even after 45 minutes of playing the game, the phone functions comfortably, and there is no heating issue. Indeed, with Ultra frame rate, there is a slight lag in performance, but the gameplay is still fluid.
Although the Vivo T4’s camera module appears to have three cameras, it actually just has one 50MP camera. When using the “Natural Color Mode,” photos appear dull even when they are somewhat saturated.
When you zoom in, textures appear somewhat hazy, while photos taken during the day appear clear. Although the shutter speed is a little slow, the camera produces excellent pictures in night mode.
Portrait mode and 2X zoom both provide mediocre results, particularly in dim lighting.
