Today we learn the method of making passing Khandvi.
Gram flour – a cup
Curd – A cup
Water – Half a cup
Ginger paste – a teaspoon
Green chili paste- a teaspoon
Asafoetida pinch
Lemon juice – quarter teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – Half Spoon
Salt taste
Rye – a teaspoon
Sesame – a teaspoon
Hard leaf – eight, ten
Finely chopped green chillies – two
Oil a tablespoon
1. Mix gram flour, curd, water, salt, turmeric powder, ginger paste, green chilli and lemon juice in a pen. Keep in mind that there is no lump in it. Cook it on low heat for ten minutes and keep stirring with a spoon continuously.
2. Now grease a pellet. Divide this mixture into two parts and now spread it with spatula and make it to a mint.
3. Now cut it with wide strips and place it in a plate. After this, add a tablespoon of oil in a small pen and add a pinch of asafoetida and sesame, curry leaves, green chillies. Now fry it for a minute.
4. Now serve it on Khandvi and serve it hot.
