Jammu: On Wednesday, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) made a public appeal for assistance from tourists, visitors, and locals who may possess any information, images, or videos related to the recent terror attack in Pahalgam.

The agency has already gathered a significant amount of visual evidence depicting various elements of the incident and is currently analyzing this material.

To enhance their investigative efforts, the NIA is reaching out to ensure that no critical information is overlooked.

In their announcement, the NIA encouraged individuals to contact them via mobile at 9654958816 or landline at 01124368800, providing their personal details along with any relevant information they wish to share.

A senior official from the NIA will follow up with the caller to facilitate the sharing of pertinent information, images, or videos.

As the lead agency investigating the attack, the NIA is eager to scrutinize all submitted materials for potential clues regarding the attackers and their methods.

Tourists and others may have inadvertently captured or witnessed details that could assist the NIA in uncovering the conspiracy behind this unprecedented assault on tourists in Kashmir.

Following the attack on April 22, which resulted in the deaths of 26 tourists and numerous injuries, various images and videos have circulated across social media platforms.

The anti-terror agency intends to meticulously review all available evidence, including any additional information from individuals present in the area on or before the tragic day.

NIA teams are currently stationed in Pahalgam, examining the attack site for evidence and interviewing witnesses of this horrific crime.
