Hours after India carried out precision missile strikes targeting terror headquarters in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, a clip of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's speech went viral on social media, claiming that he had hinted at the military operation just hours before it began on the morning of May 7.

A viral clip taken from PM Modi's address at the ABP News event shows him pausing after saying "Aur me too", which some have interpreted as a subtle hint about upcoming airstrikes on terror camps. Concluding his speech, the Prime Minister congratulated the news network for organising the summit and said, "Aur me too...because it is getting late in the night now, yet you are present here in such a big devastation, this in itself is a sign of a bright future."

An X handle named Times Algebra shared the clip and wrote, "It is going to be late night for me too... Modiji gave a hint last night but no 'expert' understood." At least nine targets were hit, including Sawai Nalla, Sarjal, Muridke, Kotli, Kotli Gulpur, Mehmoona Joya, Bhimber and Bahawalpur. According to reports, at least 12 people, including four children, were killed and 57 others injured as Pakistan Army fired heavy artillery and mortar shelling on forward villages near the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir.
